无需硫化的TPE泵管 ITP
Applications:
Hygienic TPE pharma-grade tubing for peristaltic pumps specifically engineered for applications within food, pharmaceutical, biotech and cosmetic industries.
Characteristics:
Translucent, the extruded, low porosity TPE tube reduces permeation problems. Highly neutral in taste and odor, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the medium. Good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions and good impermeability. Versatile rubber resistant also to alcools with max. 50% concentration. Much more impermeable than silicone elastomers.
Superior working life on peristaltic pumps when compared with similar tubings of the competition (average working life >190 hours when tested on a 3 lobes pump with 600turning/minute) and minimal spallation on pump heads.

ISO 10993-5 (Non cytotoxic) ,ISO10993-4 (Non haemolytic)
USP Class VI, FDA Title 21 CFR 177.2600, EU Regulation n° 10/2011
Temperature range: -20°C ～+ 80°C (peaks at 135°C).
Sterilize: Autoclave, ETO, gamma radiations, and chemicals.

特点：半透明，采用药品级卫生TPE材料制造的软管，无需硫化工艺。无需连接器，只需热能，便可将该管焊接和密封，以确保稳定的流动性。
内壁特性：挤压式生产方式，拥有低孔隙率的TPE软管减少了渗透问题。无气味，无味道，不改变管内介质的原有感官属性。耐酸、碱性能极佳，而且抗渗透性强，耐酒精（酒精度最高可达50%），比硅胶弹性体的抗渗透性更强。
工作性能更优越，这是与安装在蠕动泵上的其他同类产品相比较，（三叶泵上测试结果：600转/分钟的情况下，平均使用寿命>190小时）。除此之外，泵压头上的剥落更少。
认证：符合欧盟EU10/2011、美国FDA、USP VI级药品级规定。同时符合ISO 10993-5 (非细胞毒性)、ISO10993-4 (非溶血性的，直接或间接方法)
温度：-20℃～+ 80℃ (最高可达135℃)
灭菌：可采用高压锅、ETO（环氧乙烷灭菌）、伽马射线灭菌及化学药剂消毒方式。
